Maureen and John Winter will meet with all the members of your organization to analyze the needs of the organization and draft a full plan for the auction. Focus group meetings with the various groups will be chaired and the results of those meetings will be issued to develop an over plan for the fundraiser.

- Organize volunteers into committees and encourage maximum participation.
- Create methods for solicitation of acquisitions, underwriting and other donations.
- Coordinate activities of all committees and volunteers.
- Develop new ideas for donations concentrating on those that produce the best return.
- Packaging of acquisitions for maximum returns.
- Aid in designing newsletters and other communication tools.
- Planning the catalog, advertising and promotional materials.
- Design bid sheets and increments that will maximize return.
- Train and supervise volunteers for bidding, cashiering, disbursements.
- Coordinate all aspects of the Night of the Event.
